The RDS Warranty.
Radiant Data Systems stands behind every new system we sell with a standard one year warranty for parts and labor unless otherwise stated. Pre-Owend systems have a 6 month standard warranty unless stated otherwise. Additonal warranties may apply. Certain manufacture warranties my exceed the RDS warranty, and in thoes cases, RDS will warrant that item to its full extent of the manufactures warranty. RDS will not be responsible for lost data due to an unlikely hard drive failue. Proper data back up is the responsibilty of the PC owner. Any returns must first have an Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) to be accepted. Any shippments without RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.
